STACK CLINIC FOR DENTAL PRACTICES
Root canals, implants, crowns and orthodontic work rarely finish in one sitting. Stack Clinic gives dental practices in Pakistan a tooth-level dental chart, treatment plans that span visits, per-procedure billing with part-payments, recalls, and stock control for dental consumables — in one system your dentists and front desk share.

Dental chart (FDI) with treatment plan and visit history
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Dentistry is different from a GP clinic. The work is planned across visits, priced per procedure and paid in instalments — exactly where paper charts and registers break down.
Which tooth was filled, which needs a crown and what was planned last time lives in a paper chart — if it can be found.
A four-visit treatment plan is agreed, the patient completes two, and nobody notices the rest was never done.
Advance payments and part-payments for RCTs, implants or braces are tracked by hand, so balances get disputed.
Composite, anaesthetic cartridges or impression material finish mid-day because nobody saw stock falling.
A ROOT CANAL, THREE VISITS
Here is a typical root canal and crown case — from first examination to final payment.
The dentist marks existing conditions on the chart — caries on 36 (MO surfaces), an old filling on 46 — and records a planned root canal and crown.
A treatment plan lists each procedure with its estimated cost and any discount. The patient approves, signs consent, and pays an advance.
The root canal is recorded against tooth 36, the plan moves to “started”, and the next visit is booked before the patient leaves.
The crown is completed, the chart updates, the plan is marked complete and the remaining balance is collected — with every payment on the patient’s ledger.
A follow-up date puts the patient on the recall list, and a reminder can go out by SMS or WhatsApp.
Revenue by dentist and procedure, outstanding instalments and stock alerts — without asking anyone.
DENTAL CHARTING
Stack Clinic’s dental chart uses standard FDI two-digit numbering and records conditions per tooth and per surface, so every dentist in the practice reads the same chart the same way.
Permanent and primary (children’s) teeth in FDI notation
Surface-level marking — mesial, occlusal, distal, buccal and lingual
Conditions including caries, filled, crown, missing, implant, root canal, extraction, bridge, veneer, fractured, sealant and “watch”
Each entry marked existing, planned or completed, with the date it was recorded
A chart history, so you can see how a patient’s mouth has changed over time
